The vast majority of her Landlord work includes repositioning assets including some of the largest resorts and visitor shopping centers in the islands: Waikiki Shopping Plaza, Waikiki Business Plaza, Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Hyatt Centric Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian Center, Sheraton Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Waikiki Circle Hotel, Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka’anapali, Ilikai Hotel & Marina and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel to name a few iconic properties. Representing a wide range of Tenants, she has strategically secured flagship locations on Kalakaua Avenue for some of the world’s largest brands including H&M, lululemon, Sephora, Ugg Australia, Urban Outfitters, and many regional brands like Honolulu Cookie Company, Martin & MacArthur and many more in top-performing locations.
