Jessika was part of a three agent leasing team tasked with transforming the three prime blocks of Kalakaua Avenue between Lewers Street and Duke’s Lane.
The heavily fortified concrete structures are three levels high with over 300K square feet of GLA, a showroom on the 4th floor of one building and an attached parking garage structure.
The repositioning cost over $100M. The transformation turned a highly vacant center into the premier center in the market with an occupancy in the high 90 percentile. New flagship tenancies brokered by the three person team included: Apple, Tourneau, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hermes, Cartier, Blvgari, Fendi, Furla, Kate Spade, 7 for All Man Kind, Forever 21, Bebe, White House Black Market, Sunglass Hut, Zumies, and many more shop spaces leases.
