349 Seaside Avenue

Description

The Hyatt Centric Waikiki is an office to hotel conversion project, formerly known as the Waikiki Trade Center.

Prior to the conversion, Jessika represented American Savings Bank and added them to the Kuhio Avenue fronting tenant mix. During the conversion, Jessika was hired to represent the ownership. Hallways were enclosed, spaces combined and GLA was maximized. The resulting project was able to accommodate.

Nordstrom’s Rack (in the area formerly occupied by the night clubs), Duke’s Lane Eatery (a new concept by ABC, replacing their old space and expansion to the rear of the property), Ice Monster, Jamba Juice, American Savings Bank, National Rent a Car and Hawaii’s first Starbucks Reserve Bar.
