Closed due to structural damage related to an earthquake, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, owned by Prince Resorts, took the opportunity to revitalize itself.

 

Jessika was hired to entirely re-imagining the expression of the retail and service experience for the hotel guest. With the relocation of the retail space to the main lobby level she elevated the guest's experience and the retailer's success. In addition to several new tenancies, Jessika secure a luxury jeweler, Hildgund, famous for unique and exquisite pieces.

 

She added the first spa to the property by securing Mandara Spa to occupy the former pool locker room space. In addition, she added a chef driven restaurant called Monette’s serving French-American cuisine, owned and operated the renowned Flagstaff House in Boulder Colorado.
